We accept virtually any format: PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PNG, and JPEG. PDF is preferred for print-ready files, but our prepress team can work with any format you have. If you're unsure about your file, just send it—we'll let you know if we need anything else.

For best print quality, we recommend 300 DPI (dots per inch) at actual print size. Lower resolution files may appear pixelated when printed. If you're working with a photo or scan, the higher the resolution the better. Our team will check your files and let you know if resolution could be an issue.

Within 24 hours, you'll receive a free digital proof showing exactly how your scorecard will look when printed. Review it carefully, request any changes (unlimited revisions included), and once you approve, we print and ship within 7 business days.

Yes. We can recreate your scorecard from a photo or scan. Take a clear, well-lit photo of your current card, and our design team will rebuild it for professional printing. This is a popular option for courses switching from another printer.

Our upload system handles files up to 50MB. For larger files (like high-resolution multi-page PDFs), email them directly to info@parsandpaper.com or contact us to arrange a file transfer. Most scorecard files are well under this limit.

No, we handle color conversion as part of our prepress process at no extra charge. While CMYK files are preferred, we can work with RGB files and will ensure accurate color reproduction. If you have specific Pantone colors, include them in your order notes.
