Can you reprint our golf scorecard from a photo?
Yes. Phone photos of the front and back of your current scorecard are all we need. We rebuild the card as clean, print-ready artwork — no original design files, no vector logo, no old printer's plates required. Creases, fading, and glare in the photos are fine.
Our course was just re-rated. Do we need new scorecards?
If your course rating or slope changed, your printed scorecards are now showing outdated numbers — which affects handicap posting for every round played. State and regional golf associations re-rate courses on a recurring cycle (typically every 8–10 years, or after course changes), so this is the most common reason courses come to us for a reprint. We update the rating, slope, yardages, and par as part of every rebuild.
How much does it cost to reprint golf scorecards?
Reprints are priced like our standard scorecard printing: from $0.60 per card at 500 cards, dropping to $0.36 per card at higher volumes, plus a one-time $45.00 design setup for the rebuild. Your free digital proof is included, and reorders after the first run skip the setup entirely.
Do you need our original scorecard artwork or design files?
No. Most courses that need a reprint don't have the original files — the designer moved on, the print shop closed, or the card predates digital files entirely. That's exactly the situation this service is built for. We recreate the layout, typography, and hole data from photos of the physical card.
Can you update tee names, yardages, and par changes too?
Yes. Along with course rating and slope, we can update tee names and colors, hole yardages, par, handicap allocations, local rules text, and your logo. You mark up what's changed and we incorporate it into the rebuild — revisions to the proof are unlimited.
How long does a scorecard reprint take?
You'll see a free digital proof within 24 hours of sending your photos and updated numbers. After you approve the proof, standard production and delivery takes 7 business days. Rush options are available if your season opener or a tournament is coming up fast.
Will the reprint look exactly like our old scorecard?
That's up to you. We can match your existing card faithfully — same layout, colors, and typography — so members barely notice the change, or use the reprint as a chance to modernize the design. Either way, you approve a proof before anything prints.
