Both ends of the published range are real, orderable configurations. Here is exactly what sits behind each number.
| Spec | $0.36/card | $1.48/card |
|---|---|---|
| Quantity | 10,000+ cards (Major tier) | 500-999 cards (Qualifier tier) |
| Paper | Standard (80lb Cover) | Premium (100lb Cover) or Premium (12pt C1S) |
| Size | 4" × 11" (base size) | 6" × 11" (largest standard) |
| Ink | 4-Color Process — Base price | 4-Color Process — Base price |
| Finishing | None — Included | Die Cut — +$0.60/ea |
Quantity, stock, size, ink, and finishing are the only levers on the per-card price. Each one is listed below with what it does to that number — 1-Color printing alone takes −45% off it.
Paper Stock Options
3 stocks, the same five quantity tiers. The stock you pick sets where the price starts — volume savings reach 40% on the standard stock and 38% on the premium ones.
Standard (80lb Cover)
Uncoated both sides. A pencil bites on it instead of skating, which is the whole job on a day of play. It carries the lowest per-card price we publish.
$0.60/card at 500-999 → $0.36/card at 10,000+
Premium (100lb Cover)
Coated on the printed side only. Color holds on the front while the scoring side stays writable. $0.08/card over the 80lb at the entry tier.
$0.68/card at 500-999 → $0.42/card at 10,000+
Premium (12pt C1S)
The same one-side coating, specified by caliper instead of basis weight. A stiffer card, for one that lives in a cart holder all season. It prices identically to the 100lb — the difference is stiffness, not cost.
$0.68/card at 500-999 → $0.42/card at 10,000+
Sizes, Folds, Ink, and Finishing
9 standard sizes plus custom, both folds, 3 ink builds, and 8 finishing options — with what each one does to the per-card price.

Bi-Fold and Tri-Fold — no fold charge on either.
Scoring the fold so the card breaks clean is a finishing line: Score & Fold, +$0.15/ea.

- 2-Color−4%
- 4-Color ProcessBase price
Ink is the biggest discount you can choose: it multiplies the base price, so 1-Color takes −45% off every card. If the card is one color and a logo, say so and take the difference.

Who Prints Your Cards
Pars and Paper is the golf scorecard brand of MCI Printing — a St. Louis print shop founded in 1984. Scorecards, yardage books, and pin sheets are what this brand prints. Nothing else.
We still proof every job ourselves — the same reason the prices are on the page instead of behind a phone number. If a number here doesn't match the quote you get, we got it wrong and we'll fix it.

Golf Course Scorecard Printing FAQ
How much does golf course scorecard printing cost?
Per card, $0.36–$1.48. On Standard (80lb Cover) in full color that is $0.60/card at 500-999 cards, falling to $0.36/card at 10,000+ — volume savings up to 40%. The top of the range is the largest standard size on premium stock with the most involved finishing, at the entry quantity. A one-time $45.00 print setup and shipping are the only separate lines on the quote — the digital proof is free, every round of it.
What is the minimum order for golf scorecard printing?
500 cards. That is the smallest run we quote — there is no tier below it. It prices at $0.60/card on Standard (80lb Cover) in full color. Volume savings start at 1,000-2,499 cards and reach 40% at 10,000+.
What are the standard golf scorecard sizes?
9 standard sizes — 4" × 8", 4" × 9", 4" × 10", 4" × 11", 4" × 12", 5.5" × 8.5", 6" × 8", 6" × 9", 6" × 11" — plus Custom Size. 4" × 11" is the base size the tier prices are quoted against; smaller trims price under it and larger trims over it. Bi-Fold and Tri-Fold both carry no fold charge.
What finishing options are available for golf scorecards?
8: Round Corner 1/8″, Round Corner 1/4″, Score & Fold, Perforation, Die Cut, UV Coating (1-Side), Aqueous Coating, Lamination (1-Side). Each is a flat per-card charge on top of the tier price — Round Corner 1/8″ at +$0.22/ea, Score & Fold at +$0.15/ea, Die Cut at +$0.60/ea. None is the default and adds nothing.
Do you print double-sided scorecards?
Yes — the standard 18-hole layout runs the front nine on one side and the back nine on the other, with room for course information, local rules, and sponsor space. If you want strong color on the printed face and a surface that still takes a pencil on the back, ask for Premium (100lb Cover): it is coated on one side only.
How do I reorder scorecards?
We keep your approved file on record. Send the changes — new yardages after a renovation, a sponsor swap, an updated rating — and a fresh proof goes out before anything prints. Once you approve it, production ships within 3 business days, the same as a first run; shipping is additional.
That's every spec we run, with its price.
If it clears your checklist, send us the card you hand out now and we'll price it against these tiers.
Send Us the Card You Hand Out Now
