Pars and Paper is the golf scorecard brand of MCI Printing — a St. Louis print shop founded in 1984. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use parsandpaper.com, how we use it, and who handles it on our behalf.

We collect only what we need to quote, proof, print, and ship your order:

• Contact details you provide through our quote and contact forms — name, email, phone number, and course name.
• Artwork files you upload for your scorecards.
• Order details, such as quantities, paper stock, and finishing options.
• Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.
• Standard analytics data, such as pages visited and browser type.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Produce your quotes and digital proofs.
• Print and ship your orders.
• Reply to your inquiries.
• Send the newsletter you signed up for.
• Improve the site.

Who Processes It

We work with a small set of service providers, each handling a specific job. We don't sell personal data — to anyone, ever.

• Supabase — Hosts our database, including quote requests and order records.
• Resend — Sends transactional email such as quote confirmations and proof notifications.
• Loops — Delivers our newsletter to subscribers who signed up for it.
• Google Cloud Storage — Stores the artwork files you upload for your order.
• Google Analytics — Collects standard, aggregated site usage data so we can improve the site.
• Vercel — Hosts the website and processes standard server logs.

Artwork Files

Artwork you upload is stored in Google Cloud Storage and used only to produce your order and proofs. We don't use your artwork for anything else without your permission.

Retention

We keep order records as long as we need them for business and tax purposes. If you'd like us to delete your data, email us at support@parsandpaper.com and we'll take care of it.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We don't use ad tracking.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@parsandpaper.com.
